|A MESSAGE FROM
FRANK S. HOGAN ASSOCIATES
PRESIDENT JOE STONE
This first news item on the just-launched Hogan Associates Internet site is self-evident: we have a site!
However, those of you who do not use the Internet, be assured that the organization will still keep in touch by mail. If you need to reach a colleague, you may continue to telephone Murray Gross (212) 226-8903 for the most current information.
Keeping in touch is one of the best reasons for our organization. Electronics would make that easier for some of us. The site should help us keep up with the activities of the organization and with those of our colleagues -- but it will only be as good as the use we make of it.
The printed Directory of members which has been issued from time to time becomes out-dated quite soon. An electronic version can be kept current. Although the five hundred copies we distributed of the Directory was hardly a confidential document, we are exercising some discretion regarding access to the electronic version. You, as Associates, are being told, in a mailing, the password which will give you access to the Directory.
Although the site has been launched, there is still a lot of work to be done. Actually, an interesting, active site is always a work in progress. We want your suggestions, corrections (do look yourself up in the three sections of the Directory and tell us if any changes should be made) and reactions. You will see that there is an e-mail button by which we can be contacted; we are anxious to hear from you.
This page is dedicated to News -- big and small -- of each other. Tell us what you are doing and we will put it on our Internet site. Send announcements, even photos, gossip and ideas either electronically (just click on “e-mail” above) or by mail to Murray Gross, 178 Spring Street, New York, NY 10012. Browse this News page regularly to find out what your colleagues are up to.
As ever, proud of the tradition which we all cherish, may I wish all of the Associates good health, continued success and fulfillment in all of their endeavors.
|With warm regards,
